I'd say it's Steampunk class while some of the members there are using a cybergoth theme to their style. Every genre is defined but it can easily blended with something.

Looks steampunk to me. I prefer a fairly conservative neo-Victorian or Edwardian style _for my personal use_, but I love to see a well-made dramatic character outfit, and an ensemble group like this is awesome.
